Turnkey operation for the entire duration of contract. Services include:
- Audit and edit listing
- Guest screening and communication
- All rental app communications including the publishing of renter reviews (host-sharing)
- Booking management (dates)
- Pre-listing walk-through of property
- Managing weekly lawn maintenance, monthly core system inspections (water service, HVAC, windows, structural components)
- Post-rental inspection and app review management
- Turnover readiness inspection prior to arrival of new guests.
- Sourcing/hiring trades needed to maintain rental
- Relationship building with local business to provide rental guests with information (boat rentals, fishing, wine, restaurants, battlefield tours, etc)
- 24/7 emergency service
- Housekeeping management (laundry and full cleaning)
- Personalized welcome basked with fresh fruit and snacks for guests
- Regular recommendations to increase profitability of the home
- Inclusion in KC Destination marketing materials
15% of booking revenue
Tier Two: Partial Management
Partial management for the entire duration of contract. Services include:
- Rental app communications with incoming booked guests (via host-sharing)
- Post-rental inspection and reporting for use in reviews.
- Turnover readiness inspection prior to arrival of new guests.
- Sourcing/hiring trades needed to maintain rental (lawn care, repairs)
- Relationship building with local business to provide rental guests with information (boat rentals, fishing, wine, restaurants, battlefield tours, etc)
- 24/7 emergency service
- Housekeeping management (laundry and full cleaning)
10% of booking revenue
Tier Three: General Upkeep
General rental property upkeep for the entire duration of contract. Services include:
- Turnover readiness inspection prior to arrival of new guests.
- Relationship building with local business to provide rental guests with information (boat rentals, fishing, wine, restaurants, battlefield tours, etc)
- 24/7 emergency service availability (to be billed hourly)
- Housekeeping inspections.
